Rainow Pre-school is open every weekday morning during school term time, between the hours of 9am – 12pm. Please see separate information regarding our term dates.

Our fees from 1st September 2023 are £17.00 per session for aged 3 years and over and £18.00 per session for children aged 2 years.

Please note that our fees are payable at the start of each half term.

Rainow Pre-school accepts the 15 hours of free early education entitlement (FREE) for all 3 and 4 year olds. Your child will become eligible the term following their third birthday. The start date depends on their date of birth:

• Children born between 1st January and 31st March can start in April (Summer Term)

• Children born between 1st April and 31st August can start in September (Autumn Term)

• Children born between 1st September and 31st December can start in January (Spring Term)

 

For example, if your child turns 3 on the 1st April 2023 they can start in the autumn term. Once you start claiming the entitlement your child can continue until they start full time education.

To receive this Early Years Entitlement a declaration form must be completed and returned to Pre-School as soon as possible. The form will be distributed to all parents/guardians of children eligible to claim ahead of each term.
